Store Leak Fix is a service of MrslmGroup LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect on storeleakfix.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- What you send us through the contact form or by email: your name, email address, store link and message.
- Basic technical data our web host records automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, in server logs.
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address.
How we use it
- To reply to you and prepare the store review you asked for.
- To send a proposal or follow-up about our services. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To run and protect this website.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the business, such as our web and email host (Hostinger and Titan) and, if you become a client, our payment processor (Stripe). They may use the data only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for up to 2 years, and client records for as long as tax and legal rules require.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Email shawn@storeleakfix.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for making a request.
Client store data
If you hire us and give us access to your store or email tools, we use that access only to do the agreed work, keep it confidential, and ask you to remove our access when the work ends.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
